Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. Please text Erica at (818) 912-2443 for any appointment questions or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows:
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.
